Unlimited Music Guessing Game is a non-commercial music trivia and recognition game created strictly for transformative entertainment, educational trivia, and cultural commentary.

• Promotional Audio & Artwork: All 30-second audio snippets and album artwork displayed or streamed within the game are promotional media served dynamically via public APIs (Apple / iTunes Search API). We do not host or store full-length audio files on our servers.
• Copyright Ownership: All copyrights, trademarks, sound recordings, compositions, and artist names remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective record labels, songwriters, artists, and publishers.
• Formal DMCA Takedown Procedure: If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe any track or material on the platform infringes upon your copyright, please submit a formal written notice to our designated copyright agent at contact@musicguess.app. Upon receipt of valid notice, we will expeditiously review and remove or disable access to the specified material.

User Accounts & Security

Violation of these rules may result in immediate muting, leaderboard disqualification, or permanent IP/account banning at our sole discretion.

Advertising & Third-Party Services

Disclaimer of Warranties

Gameplay stats or scores stored in local storage or cloud databases may occasionally be reset or modified during system updates.
